Our first community provides homes for ten residents in heated, powered, secure, hard-walled shelters and features a handmade shower & laundry trailer from Cascadia Clusters and cozy indoor community kitchen, dining room, private meeting rooms and fellowship hall in the basement of Bridgeport UCC.

Beacon Village would not be possible without our founding sponsor’s decades long ministry with Portland’s homeless and marginalized. Metanoia church has been pleased to serve as a fiscal agent for Beacon, collecting contributions, dispersing funds and paying salaries in Beacon’s early days. Today Metanoia is even more pleased to be just one of several dedicated partners committed to the success of this new enterprise.
